6 Week Workout Program

Today I decided to start on my yearly workout program. I will focus 3 weeks on cardio and a light diet to lose between 10-15 pounds and the other 3 weeks will be to tone up muscle – gaining some muscle weight. After the 6 weeks I will continue to work out 2-3 days a week, until I reach my desired goals. I’ll post my stats later.
